The WINTER ACADEMY
Advanced Training + 7-on-7 Competitions
We believe that “The Process is the Product”—the path to excellent performance is built on high-quality training and game experience. ACE Football Academy combines training sessions with Bi-weekly 7-on-7 Competitions. The competitions give athletes the chance to practice the skills they are learning, reinforcing training in a fun, game-like environment.

Mondays & Wednesdays at 4-5 PM: January 5 – March 18
7-ON-7 COMPETITIONS:
Fridays at 4-5 PM: January 9 & 23 | February 6 & 20 | March 6 & 20
WHERE
Skill position & lineman Training - Advanced
This training program is for current 6th-8th grade football players looking to improve their football ability as they look forward to next season.
Drills will focus on particular techniques required for specific positions: Receivers (WR, RB, TE), defensive backs, linebackers, and lineman. Multiple drills will be performed each session, as well as 1-on-1 and/or team periods to apply what is being taught.
These are the same training sessions as in the ACE Football Academy so whether you plan to play tackle football or just want to play 7-on-7 in the Academy, these are for you!

Quarterback training - foundations
Designed for youth from 1st grade - 6th grade, this program focuses on throwing mechanics, movement patterns, and overall biomechanics.
Our goal is to teach young quarterbacks how to throw efficiently, safely, and powerfully—maximizing velocity and accuracy while developing habits that translate as they grow. Each session emphasizes proper technique, body control, and confidence in a fun, high-energy, and structured environment.

Quarterback training - Advanced
Designed for current 6th-8th grade, this program builds on proper mechanics while introducing higher-intensity movement, timing, and decision-making at game speed.
Quarterbacks will be challenged to apply efficient throwing mechanics in more dynamic situations, including increased footwork complexity, pocket movement, and on-the-run throws.
Emphasis is also placed on pass concept reads—teaching athletes how to identify defensive alignments and make the correct decision under pressure. In under three seconds, a quarterback must scan the field, identify coverage, anticipate pressure, find the open receiver, and deliver an accurate throw, all while defenders are closing in.

- Football Training: Quarterback, skill position or lineman training only.
- Football Academy: Quarterback or skill position training AND biweekly 7-on-7 competition.

Credits offer flexible access to individual training sessions, while Academy Passes bundle training with bi-weekly 7-on-7 competition.
