JEFF HARTINGS
Coach Jeff Hartings brings tremendous experience, passion, and leadership to ACE Athletic Training. A former NFL player and Super Bowl Champion, Hartings has successfully transitioned from the professional stage to coaching middle school and high school athletes. With a focus on both athletic development and character building, his “Inside/Out Coaching Philosophy” ensures players grow as individuals while mastering their skills on the field.
Hartings has spent years dedicating his life to mentoring student-athletes, instilling values of hard work, empathy, and leadership. Whether coaching offensive line techniques or guiding players through life’s challenges, Hartings is committed to helping athletes become champions on and off the field.

Nick McVay
Coach Nick McVay is a dedicated football coach with a proven track record of developing athletes and leading successful teams. With over a decade of experience coaching at the high school and collegiate levels, McVay has consistently demonstrated his commitment to excellence both on and off the field. Known for his ability to mentor players and elevate their performance, he specializes in coaching quarterbacks.
As the Offensive Coordinator at Olentangy Berlin High School, McVay has played a pivotal role in shaping the program’s achievements, including multiple playoff appearances and player accolades. His collegiate coaching experience further underscores his expertise, having developed standout players and contributed to record-breaking performances.
A native of Lewis Center, Ohio, McVay is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential while instilling the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

Jeff Mowrey
Coach Mowrey brings a wealth of experience and passion to ACE Athletic Training, with a successful career as both an athlete and coach. A three-sport athlete at St. Clairsville High School, he graduated in 1991 and was inducted into the St. Clairsville Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012. At the collegiate level, Mowrey excelled at Ashland University, finishing his career as the 5th leading tackler in school history. A two-time Academic All-American and a finalist for the prestigious Campbell Trophy, Mowrey was later inducted into the Ashland University Athletic Hall of Fame, cementing his legacy as both a scholar and athlete.
With over 12 years of coaching experience at the high school level, Mowrey has made significant impacts at programs including Stow-Munroe Falls, Olentangy, Olentangy Berlin, and Worthington Christian High Schools. As a defensive coordinator and coach of every defensive position, he has developed numerous all-state performers and helped athletes reach collegiate football programs across all levels. Mowrey emphasizes teaching not only the fundamentals and techniques of each position but also the strategy and team concept that make those skills meaningful.
Off the field, Coach Mowrey is married to Stefanie and has two children, Aiden and Brenna.

Delano Madison
Coach DeLano Madison–also known as Coach D, Coach Lano, or even Coach Mad to his players–is in his sixth season as a Varsity Football coach at Dublin Coffman High School. With a passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field, Coach Madison is committed to shaping the next generation of leaders.
Originally from Detroit, MI, Coach Madison played wide receiver at Western Michigan University before transferring to Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania, where he played for four years. The lessons he’s learned through the game of football, both on the field and in life, drive his coaching philosophy, which focuses on leadership, teamwork, and character development.
Off the field, Coach Madison recently married and welcomed his first baby girl into the world. These life experiences, coupled with his dedication to the game, shape his approach to coaching, where family values, responsibility, and personal growth are emphasized.
